...ABOUT AFRICAN SOCIAL NETWORKING

The gathering seriously frowned at any arrangement short of an all–out all African involvement.
An all inclusive, expanded and continuous Global African social Network, therefore willing participants cuts across race, class or creed both from and out of Africa. For instance, of African Origin/Ancestry and also in Diaspora…as well as friends of Africa.

To instill understanding from African perspective in a multicultural environment and help for easy adaptation of participants to other peoples norms and values. This is hoped, will bring about unprecedented output in cultural integration aimed at creating a better functioning of participants anywhere, reduce stress and cater for the overall welfare of participants emerging from the calculation that the era of individualistic tendencies and isolatory disposition will be totally dissolved in a fully expanded African forum for social networking.

Based on the above stated, participants may then be willing to plough back to the host community in the form of looking into likely neglected /identified areas of social responsibilities and/or deficiencies, such as in the assistance to the downtrodden, the destitute and the less privileged of the host community or as may be chosen to carry on in liaison with relevant Bodies, Agencies, Community leaders etc…

To enhance cultural interchange amongst the participants and by extension with the host Communities as we march through the different stages of developments. Puting into consideration our past and not too immediate experiences and efforts towards the evolution of a modern human society in Africa.

To seek ways and means of human capacity building amongst participants and also encourage professionalism in the Field. Participants will identify and participate in worthy opportunities for career development, training and skills acquisition.
